Head of Finance | Fast-Growth Property Services Scaleup | London
The Client
Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a founder-led scaleup business that's grown fivefold in the last three years and is now on track for £7m revenue this year. With a tight knit team, and ambitions for a successful exit within the next 3-5 years, the business is looking to bring in its first senior finance hire to work closely with the founders and play a key role in driving continued growth.
The company has been around for over 10 years and operates in a niche part of the service sector with strong recurring demand. They're now at the point where they are looking for someone who can take ownership of finance and bring leadership, structure, and rigour to the business. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a profitable, growing company that's already well beyond startup phase and ready for its next chapter.
The Role
This Head of Finance role would suit a well-rounded finance professional who is keen to lead on both operational and strategic finance in an entrepreneurial environment. The business is looking for someone experienced working alongside founders and who will lead on budgeting and forecasting, driving continuous improvement within all finance functions, prepare financial reports, implement KPIs, and lead on financial strategy development.
This is a senior finance role with broad exposure across all levels of the function. The business is looking for a commercially minded, collaborative individual who can act as a cultural anchor-bringing clarity, energy, and structure as the business scales. If you thrive in a tight-knit, founder-led environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats, this is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of a high-growth, purpose-led business.
