Panoramic Associates are exclusively seeking an experienced Interim Home Manager to provide leadership and stability to an Older People residential home. This is an urgent requirement for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop the Deputy Manager
• Focus on compliance, governance and medications
• Work closely with external stakeholders (LA, CQC)

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management experience in care home settings
• Ability to work under pressure and drive improvement
• Must be on the DBS update service
