Hours: 36 hours per week - Nights

This opportunity is based at a highly regarded care home in Warrington, supporting up to 42 residents with nursing and dementia needs. The home encourages independence, creativity, and comfort-residents can decorate their rooms, pursue hobbies, and enjoy a peaceful sensory garden. With a strong CQC rating and a compassionate team, this is a place where both staff and residents flourish.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care

Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to create tailored care plans

Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all residents

Manage medications safely and in line with regulations

Champion resident wellbeing and safeguard their welfare

✅ What We're Looking For

NMC-registered Nurse with a valid pin

Strong understanding of nursing standards and the NMC code

Experience in person-centred care planning

Leadership skills and a mentoring mindset
