What you'll need:

* Current SSSTS certification (essential)

* Experience working on solar PV installations, ideally on utility-scale or commercial projects

* Experience in overseeing quality / Health and Safety

* Strong awareness of health and safety standards

* A proactive attitude and the confidence to supervise small site teams

This role is ideal for someone stepping up from a lead electrician or chargehand role who's ready to take on more responsibility while learning from an experienced project team.
