Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

In this particular role, you'll be required to source your leads through different mediums, have consultations with them and put then forward to one of your many university/employment/program clients.

You'll be identifying careers paths suitable within your quota and discern what a candidate may need in terms of CV preparation, interview tips, overcoming barriers into learning and work (for example: childcare, travel finance), identifying courses and training and signposting to other departments within Career Tree.

Job Description:

* Calling new prospects after sourcing their CVs.

* Helping as many people as possible within the field of higher education and career pathways.

* Assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.

* Screening and short-listing candidates before clients/educational institutions meet them.

* Meeting quotas towards overall company target and regional goal.

* Providing comprehensive, confidential, and impartial information services on educational and training opportunities within the establishment.

* Support learners through initial assessments using a range of activities including computer based testing if appropriate

* Contributing to the effective allocation of learners to Learning & Skills provision.

* Support learners to review their action plan at significant points in their sentence.

* Ensure that learner records are accurate and maintained in line with data protection and agreed policies.

* Knowledge on UK higher/further education.

* Demonstrate the potential to build and maintain professional relationships.

* Be organised and have great attention to detail.

* Passion for helping people and talking to people.

* Demonstrate the ability to work at a fast pace.

* Someone with good initiative and conversational skills.

* Happy to work towards company quotas/targets.

Essential Criteria:

* University Degree.

* Demonstrate a high level of customer service and customer care.

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

* Excellent interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in use of computers (word processing, spreadsheets, email and internet)
