Salary: £31,000 - £35,000

About the Role

Syntech are looking for a number of Calibration Engineers to join a large TIC services business (Test, Inspection & Calibration). This is a business with global reach and offers career progression & training.

Calibration Engineer duties:

As a Calibration Engineer, you will:

Perform dimensional and/or electrical calibration of measurement instruments to national and in-house standards
Maintain calibration tools, equipment, and records to UKAS or equivalent standards
Troubleshoot and support calibration systems and measurement environments
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and internal/external audits
Work closely with a collaborative team of engineers and techniciansCalibration Engineer knowledge:

Proven experience in dimensional calibration, electrical calibration, or both
Knowledge of metrology, measurement principles, and traceability standards
Ideally, experience working in a UKAS-accredited environment
Strong attention to detail, methodical thinking, and technical precision
A practical, team-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
