Job Title: CNC Turner - Setter (Gears & Gauge Manufacturing)

Location: Tamworth / Nuneaton
Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Turner with setting experience to join our skilled team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes to produce high-precision components in line with technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate CNC turning machines (Fanuc/Siemens controls preferred)
Interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
Inspect parts using measuring equipment such as micrometers, gauges, and verniers
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Contribute to continuous improvement activities and support production targetsRequirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Turner with setting capability
Background in precision engineering, ideally within gear or gauge product manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:
