An award-winning, fast-growing wealth management firm is seeking a driven and proactive Financial Planning Administrator to join their expanding team in London. Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Financial Planning Administrator will support the day-to-day operations and client servicing, playing a key role in ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience. Duties include:

  • Chasing Letters of Authority, information, and conducting research
  • Preparing valuations and ensuring back-office records are accurate
  • Updating client fact finds and ensuring AML verification is current
  • Coordinating with advisers to prepare for review meetings
  • Attending client meetings, preparing notes, and supporting advice delivery
  • Liaising with third parties (e.g., accountants, solicitors, providers)
  • Conducting fund and product research to support suitability reports
  • Ensuring compliance and regulatory documentation is complete and filed
  • Supporting event logistics and general office administration

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in an IFA
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
  • Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
