I'm supporting a highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy with the appointment of a Senior Building Surveyor to step into a Project Team Leader position. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking to take on more responsibility, lead projects, and play a key role within a growing team.

The Role

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of a range of residential-focused projects, taking ownership of client engagement, contract administration, project coordination and overall delivery quality. You'll work closely with internal teams while maintaining a high level of autonomy in managing your portfolio.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience delivering residential building surveying projects

Strong background in JCT and NEC contract administration

*

Chartered status (MRICS) preferred but not essential

*

Ability to travel to the Eltham Hill office when required

*

Confident communicator with the ability to manage clients, stakeholders, and project teams
