What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Technical Manager in maintaining food safety and quality systems
Conducting internal audits and assisting with external audits (BRC, customer, etc.)
Managing supplier documentation and specifications
Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
Collaborating with production, NPD, and procurement teams to uphold standardsWhat We're Looking For:

Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and food safety legislation
