Based in London, this 12 month fixed-term position requires a professional who can effectively manage the change process for transformation projects, employing structured change methodologies and compelling communication strategies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency by collaborating with both legal teams and core business services to streamline processes and deliver sustainable outcomes.
- Extensive experience in applying structured change methodologies within professional services or legal environments.
- Exceptional communication abilities, adept at crafting clear, persuasive narratives for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in assessing the impact of changes and utilizing data-driven strategies for decision-making.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and buy-in.
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops and enablement activities to support project objectives.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with partnership cultures and complex organizational structures.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with data manipulation and process mapping tools.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with an understanding of financial data application within strategic decision-making.
