Provide Education is a local education recruitment agency, and we are recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEN school in Newark-on-Trent. The school is looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

About the Role:

Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs including ASD, SEMH, and complex needs

*

Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support

*

Assisting with personal care and sensory needs where required

*

Supporting teaching staff with lesson delivery and pupil engagement

*

Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - Essential

*

Previous experience in a SEN setting or with pupils with additional needs

*

Resilient, calm, and compassionate approach

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills

*
