Allvalves Online Ltd are expanding once again at our Pershore head office and are looking for a new internal sales adviser.
The role is a full time position starting immediately with our working hours Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
Note that the salary range is based on ; The main duties will be: Assisting the existing sales team with day to day enquiries and providing quotations to our customers.
Using our CRM system to log all new enquiries, customer details, quote progression throughout to completion.
Using Sage 50 system to enter sales orders, raise purchase orders as required.
Look at new customers and opportunities Preserving customer service standards Achieving team sales targets Maintaining databases Skills required for the role: Good communication Negotiating Time management Being reliable and trustworthy Administration Confident and enthusiastic Able to work alone as required and be a team player Good organisation skills Good telephone manner Education and Experience required for the role: Good Maths and English IT literate Experienced in Office based products (word, excel) advantageous Experience with Sage 50 advantageous Experience with process valves, actuators very advantageous Full training on our products and systems will naturally be given to any successful candidate.
