Your Role Will Involve:

Actively sourcing and engaging skilled professionals for key technical roles

Using job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach to build talent pipelines

*

Promoting roles with confidence, clarity, and energy

Supporting the full candidate journey - from screening to placement

*

Preparing candidate profiles and managing interview logistics

*

Building relationships with candidates and clients through excellent service

*

Contributing to marketing and business development activities

What We're Looking For:

A degree (preferred) and at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or office-based sales

A genuine interest in the renewable energy, engineering, or construction sectors

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms

A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow quickly
