Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a dedicated team of six engineers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing Engineering, Manufacturing and facilities, and who has a proven track record in project management within an engineering context. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing our building infrastructure and sustainability efforts.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee and manage a team of six engineers, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of the site.
• Manage manufacturing and facilities across the site, ensuring all systems are operating optimally.
• Lead various projects, from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects and maintenance.
• Implement and oversee sustainability initiatives to improve environmental impact.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Regularly assess and upgrade building infrastructure as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall organisational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a team of engineers.
• Strong background in manufacturing & engineering management.
• Demonstrated project management skills in an engineering environment.
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
• Proficient in managing budgets and financial planning.
• Solid understanding of health and safety practices in an engineering context.
