Masker / Operator Inspector - Night Shift
Location: Cardiff
Shift Pattern: 2 days per week Twilight 4.00pm to 2.00am
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in prep and finishing work? We are currently seeking a Masker / Operator Inspector to join a busy manufacturing team in Cardiff on a night shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing components for the production and finishing process
Accurately masking parts with tape in readiness for painting
Loading and unloading components, including manual handling tasks
Conducting visual inspections and using alignment gauges to ensure quality standards
Performing hand filing when required
Cleaning components before final inspection
Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in preparation and polish work within a manufacturing setting
Proficient in sanding, masking, priming, and polishing techniques
High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
Strong team player with a proactive and reliable attitude
Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
