Temporary Customer Service Support

🕒 Hours: 16 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Flexible start/finish

💷 Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Office Angels are partnering with a dynamic, fast-paced marketing agency based in Brough. We're recruiting a confident and proactive individual to support an exciting sponsorship project in the sports travel sector.

This is a temporary role with a sharp focus on lead generation and relationship building. You'll be engaging with WARM leads at professional and semi-professional sports teams across the UK-introducing them to bespoke sponsorship opportunities offered by our client.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing

Making outbound calls
Setting up calls or meetings with our senior sales team
Managing appointment scheduling and administrative follow-ups via Outlook
Data input using CRM systems
👀 What We're Looking For

Confident communicator with an enthusiastic and persuasive phone manner
Comfortable speaking to all levels
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
Competence with CRMs, Outlook, and Excel
