We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who's ready to take the next step in their career. This is a unique hybrid role combining project delivery with business development support. You'll manage smaller packages of work end-to-end, assist on larger projects, and play a key role in identifying and bidding for new opportunities.

What You'll Do

Deliver smaller projects and work packages to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Support senior leaders on larger, complex projects
Engage with prospective clients to qualify smaller opportunities and gather key information
Assist in preparing bids and proposals for new work
Maintain and update the pipeline of opportunities
Collaborate with international teams
Contribute to growth strategy and help shape UK presenceWhat We're Looking For

At least 6 years' experience in project management, ideally in the UK water sector or related infrastructure
Consulting background preferred, with strong client-facing skills
Proven ability to manage projects from planning through delivery
Commercial awareness and understanding of tendering processes
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills
