Full-time | Hybrid Working

We're working with a growing international business that's investing heavily in its data capability as part of a wider digital transformation programme. With operations across multiple regions and a complex systems landscape, they're now looking to bring in a Data Warehouse Developer to help shape and strengthen their central data platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building things properly, not just maintaining legacy systems and wants to play a key role in creating a reliable, scalable data environment that supports decision-making across the business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for designing and developing the company's data warehouse, bringing together data from multiple systems into a structured and accessible format. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help turn data into something meaningful and usable.

Day to day, you'll be:

* Building and improving data pipelines to bring together information from different sources

* Structuring and modelling data so it's easy to use for reporting and analysis

* Working alongside BI teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable

* Monitoring performance and making improvements where needed

* Troubleshooting issues and supporting users when things don't quite go to plan

* Contributing ideas on how to improve the overall data environment and processes

Experience needed:

* Experience working in a data warehouse or similar data-focused role

* Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets

* Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines

* Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery or similar)

* Understanding of data quality, governance, and best practices

* A problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail

* Someone comfortable working with both technical teams and business users

This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on development, wants to make a visible impact, and is keen to be part of a business where data is becoming central to how decisions are made.
