We are looking for a Payroll Project Assistant with a minimum of 2 years working experience. You will be part of EMEIA HR team working across all brands and divisions of Ingersoll Rand in the Europe region, this Project Assistant position is a key role in upcoming HR & Payroll Projects.

You will be reporting into the European Payroll Director who based in Germany, providing business support and assistance across new and ongoing major international HR & Payroll projects in the department.

Responsibilities:

* Providing Project and Administration support across numerous HR & Payroll projects

* Working to set and agreed project timelines and deadlines

* Detailed Project planning and record management

* Providing analytics and presentations on data

* Writing reports and presenting data to Senior level management

* Working across a number of different countries, currencies and employment laws

Key Competencies:

* Projects experience

* Fluent in English

* Highly organised

* Good working knowledge of HR and Employment laws

* High level communicator and problem solver

Qualifications:

* Degree calibre / or equivalent candidate

* Prince 2 Qualification

* Excel/Word High level user
