About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time teaching position within a well-resourced and supportive environment that caters to pupils with a broad spectrum of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and medical needs. You'll be working within a nurturing, collaborative team who are committed to child-centred learning and inclusive practice.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Proven experience working with children with SEND, preferably in a special school or resource provision

✅ Commitment to supporting the individual learning and development of pupils with complex needs

Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (depending on experience)

Pay: £31,650.00-£49,084.00 per year
