Thrive Group are looking for an excellent Internal Sales & Customer Service person for our client based in (MK44 postcode area) Bedford on a permanent basis.
Our clients location is location near to Wyboston, Sandy, St Neots and Eaton Socon.
Own transport is essential for this role due to our clients remote location.

About the Role:
Working as part of a team in a very busy and fast paced office. To provide a prompt and efficient service to customers both internal and external. To maximise all revenue opportunities and to administer all associated paperwork and to provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Maximise consumable sales opportunities at every opportunity.
- Deal with telephone, email and face to face enquiries; orders from customers and provide accurate information as required.
- Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and that procedures for hire and sales contracts, purchase orders, stock transfers, asset administration, are adhered to.
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure equipment required for hire is available.
- Co-ordinate with drivers to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers on time and efficiently.
- Ensure all deadlines are met in relation to reporting of information.
- Be comfortable to up-sell and maximise each opportunity for the business.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday either 7.30am to 4pm or 8.30am to 5pm.
Salary:
£24,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience.
