Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant
Join a vibrant secondary school in Manchester seeking to appoint a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year.
The successful candidate will join the schools Behaviour team to provide pastoral and learning support to students struggling with their behaviour.
They will be working closely with Senior Leaders, parents and carers and will provide one-to-one support to students oust side of the classroom acting as a positive role model and providing encouragement. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the various barriers to learning, particularly in relation to those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
