The Role - Learning Mentor
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Learning Mentor to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Enfield starting in September 2025. This full-time, long-term role is focused on supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them to overcome barriers to learning and engage positively with school life.
You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support, implement structured interventions, and promote social and emotional development. Patience, adaptability, and a good understanding of autism and behaviour support strategies are essential for this role.
