The role

The successful candidate will manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, delivering high-quality client services and contributing to the continued growth of the team. The role covers a range of transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, leasehold titles and new build properties.

• Provide exceptional client care and maintain professional standards

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE

• Comprehensive experience in residential property matters, including sales, purchases, refinancing, transfers of equity, leasehold titles and new build transactions

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Client-focused and professional approach

• Full understanding of CQS requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance cover

• Proactive and adaptable attitude
