Vehicle Technician

Location: Gray's

Salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Vehicle Technician required to join a growing dealership in Grays. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing company with a great reputation.

Key information

* Working house: 9-6 Monday - Friday. 2 Saturdays per month.

* Second hand car dealership with around 150 vehicles

* The ideal candidate will be a technician currently, you will be practically minded and committed to developing your skillset.

* You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles.

Key Duties

* Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.

* Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.

* Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.

* Participation with in-house and manufacturer based training.

Requirements:

* NVQ/City & Guilds certifications required (Equivalent certifications can be accepted to a level 3 standard).

* Hold a valid UK manual driving license with no more than 3 points

* Ability to provide a friendly customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

* Flexible and willing to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to use the diagnostic equipment
