A great new opportunity to join a Water sector specialist as they start commence work on several frameworks across South Wales and the South West. My client, a Civil Engineering contractor with a company turnover of over £90 million, requires an Environmental Advisor to manage the environmental risk throughout project lifecycles.

As Environmental Advisor you will:

* Ensure our clients environmental procedures and policies are implemented and adhered to

* Be responsible for monitoring our client's environmental performance, ensuring site inspections are carried out and all actions are completed and closed out.

* Provide technical support in identifying carbon reduction opportunities.

* Identify environmental risk and promote best practise solutions.

Our client requires an Environmental Advisor with:

* Valid CSCS card

* Prior experience in an Environmental Advisor role for a Civil Engineer/Construction company

* Excellent communication skills.

* HND/HNC/Degree in Environmental Management, Geoscience or related discipline

* Full UK driving licence

Salary and benefits include:

* £35,000 - £44,000 per annum

* car allowance plus additional benefits

* Excellent career prospects
