As Service Dispatch Manager, you will be experienced and aware of the latest customer service practices and be a persistent problem solver. You will take a leadership role in creating employee retention, customer satisfactions, and create results for teammates, customers and the company.

Answers incoming calls and requests for service.
Track, dispatch and advise all service technicians of jobs scheduled.
Manage technician productivity as well as shop processes and safety compliance.
Prioritize required services, and are prepared to provide options upon request.
Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
Inform customers of completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
Process and complete transactions on a daily basis; to include invoicing, creating work orders, and requesting PO numbers.
Assist with greeting customers and assisting them with any inquiries they may have, perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.
Helps manage and maintain inventory.
This position has supervisory responsibilities over 5-10 employees.
This job operates in an office environment, warehouse and service center.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

The employee must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Minimal travel is expected for this position.
All applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and initial employment drug test prior to employment.
Required Education and Experience: High school diploma.
Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business.
Knowledge of the automotive or tire industry is strongly preferred.
Experience with billing a high volume of sales is strongly preferred.
Strong communication, selling and customer service skills.
Great organizational skills and can effectively supervise and manage the work of others.
Solid computer skills.
