This role will be responsible for managing 75 total staff, with 5 direct reports, across the Materials, Planning, Warehousing and Logistics teams.

Job Description

Provide professional leadership of the MP&L team, work closely with key stakeholders, external customers and operational teams
To ensure the Company's Health, Safety and Environmental standards are implemented within the MP&L team.
Liaise with customers and be a face for customers as and when needed
To raise and resolve plan issues with the manufacturing and support teams and amend as necessary.
To produce a robust up to date capacity plan that takes into account improvements in OEE, Preventative Maintenance and other factors.

Demonstrable experience in an automotive or tier 1 manufacturing environment
Proven track record in MP&L
Senior leadership experience, strong team player, effective communication skills Customer facing experience, relationship management
Commercial/financial awareness
