Inter - Senior Quantity Surveyor

SSA are currently working with a growing construction and engineering contractor delivering high‑quality projects across commercial, residential, and technology sectors. We are actively seeking an Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the London team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.

* Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and variations.

* Conduct valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.

* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial alignment.

Candidate Profile

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or MEP contracting.

* Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills.

* Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
