Nursery Manager - Private Nursery, Accrington Salary: £30,725.64 per annumFull-time | Permanent

Are you a passionate and experienced early years professional looking to lead a dedicated team and make a real difference in children's lives? We are seeking a dynamic Nursery Manager to join and lead our well-established private nursery in Accrington.

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance. You'll lead and inspire a team, promote a nurturing environment, and build strong partnerships with families and the local community.

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education

• Lead, mentor, and support staff to achieve outstanding practice

• Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and all relevant legislation

• Manage nursery budgets, resources, and occupancy targets

• Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community

• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

• Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures

• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills

• A genuine passion for early years education and child development
