This is a Hybrid role - You Need to be comfortable working at home but also coming into office
We have an exciting sales service and admin role, which allows working from home 2 days per week and then office working in The Leicester office the rest of the week.
As the first point of contact for the customers you need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally and fantastic attention to detail. You will be providing quotes for customers so need to be able to negotiate and be confident in your approach. As part of the sales team you will work cross-functionally to take necessary actions that ensure customer demands are met and ensure world class delivery performance and adherence KPIs. You will also need good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills.
We are only considering candidates who have experience working within a similar environment and can show evidence of previously working to deadline and KPIs.
