A fast-paced and innovative creative production company is looking for a highly organised and adaptable Project Administrator to join its collaborative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across diverse departments, supporting the delivery of bespoke projects from concept to completion.

About the Role

You’ll be at the heart of project delivery, supporting senior colleagues and liaising with clients to ensure smooth communication and exceptional service. You’ll help translate creative briefs into actionable plans, coordinate internal teams, and maintain accurate project documentation. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a central point of contact between departments including design, production, dispatch, and installation.
  • Prepare clear and concise briefs for internal teams based on client requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and changes.
  • Assist senior team members in managing client relationships and communications.
  • Interpret client briefs and support the quoting process using internal systems.
  • Provide timely updates and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry within project management systems.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for project rollouts, including data breakdowns and analysis.
  • Support with practical tasks such as label printing, formatting documents, and sourcing unique items online.
  • Participate in special projects outside of core responsibilities to develop new skills.
  • Uphold health & safety and sustainability standards across all operations.
  • Carry out additional tasks as requested by leadership.
