This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients across a range of industries.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen market presence through networking and relationship-building.
• Supervise and forecast renewal and new business activity to support effective planning.
• Research and feedback on market trends to assist in developing new products and wordings.
• Prepare accurate market documentation, presentations, and client records.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to resolve queries and ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Travel to client sites across the UK, providing face-to-face support where required.

About You

• Proven experience working with commercial to mid-corporate clients in the insurance sector.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate and convert opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.
• Calm, resilient, and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualified to GCSE level (Maths & English essential); A-Levels and/or Dip CII desirable.
