Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Senior Import FCL Operator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Witham.

Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)

Your responsibilities include:

• Arranging air, sea & road import bookings
• Dealing with overseas offices & partners
• Working start to finish on files
• Processing sales & purchases
• Quoting UK clients for FCL
• Quoting & managing shipments for several FBA (Amazon clients)
• Updating new client bookings in shared drives with pricing.
• Looking after big key accounts
• Raising Invoices
• Managing direct client accounts
• Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively in line with our policies and procedures.

You will need:

• Confident and outgoing individual.
• Deep Sea Import Experience a MUST!
• 10 years Forwarding experience desirable but not essential
• FCL working experience
• Previous experience working independently with key accounts
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Driver with own transport is desirable.
• UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
