• Developing audit approaches tailored to the specific financial and business structures of individual clients.
• Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members and trainees.
• Offering clear feedback and mentorship to support staff development.
• Maintaining up-to-date compliance with current audit legislation while producing excellent results.
• Acting as the principal contact for clients throughout the audit process.
• Cultivating strong client rapport and ensuring clear communication during engagements.
• Responding to client queries and providing insights on intricate financial matters.
• Identifying significant commercial and financial risks during reviews.

Candidate Profile:We are looking for professionals who have recently gained or are nearing completion of their ACA or ACCA qualification, with a minimum of two years’ practical audit experience. Experience in supervising audit processes is highly preferred.
