About you - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Leicestershire

• Must hold an undergraduate degree (minimum 2:2)
• Has a true passion to get into teaching and make a difference to young children's education
• Encourages independence, resilience, and a positive attitude to learning
• Observes and records pupil progress to inform planning and interventions
• Works collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and other professionals
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
• Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting pupil wellbeing
