This is a commission sales position. The average commission is $450 per sale & agents sell between 2-10 sales per week depending on part-time/full-time status.
Part time – 1-2 sales a week = $450-900 or 23k to 45k a year.
Full-time – 3-5 sales a week =1350-2250 or 70k - 117k a year.
Full-time motivated 6-8 sales a week 2700 – 3600 or 140k - 187k a year.
Numbers are based on starting commission. A 5% raise in commission is attainable every two months based on production.
