Dumfries and Galloway - Care Worker Fully flexible, Full-time, Part- time, weekends, 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 7am – and – Part Time – Contracted hours, either consecutive mornings 7am – or consecutive nights until ; Relief Positions also avaliable Salary: £ / hour As part of the Real Life Options Group, 1st Homecare is a specialist provider of personalised homecare support operating throughout Scotland and we are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for the Dumfries and Galloway area, such as :- Annan Lockerbie Dumfries Central Driver with access to a vehicle is a requirement for the role.

Previous care experience is desirable.
However, if you don’t have experience you will need to demonstrate some customer service skills as a basis to build on.
This includes excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good understanding of English.
You should be able to engage fully with the people receiving support, chatting & listening.
The desire and commitment to support others and to deliver the highest level of care is vital.
