Stores Operative (FLT Counterbalance Licence Preferred)

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
Friday: 07:00 - 13:00
We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Stores Operative to join our busy team in Droitwich. This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations and, ideally, a valid FLT Counterbalance licence.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitting products and assembling components
Picking and delivering parts to project teams
Accurate stock handling using an Inventory Management System
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient stores area
Supporting general stores duties as needed

Picking stock based on pick sheets
Inputting data into computer systems
Safely storing pallets
Loading and unloading deliveries and production lines
Moving stock around the yard
Working effectively as part of a team
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
FLT Counterbalance licence preferred
Confident using Inventory Management Software
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
A proactive, team-oriented attitude
