Quantity Surveyor

Seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to support the contracting team.

You'll oversee budgeting, tendering, cost control, subcontract management, and valuation processes, ensuring projects remain financially and contractually on track.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare feasibility budgets, cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and commercial reporting
* Assess and negotiate subcontractor quotations and variations
* Measure and value site works for progress claims and payments
* Prepare and defend interim valuations and final accounts
* Carry out site visits and maintain accurate commercial documentation

About you

* Proven contractor-side QS experience
* Strong understanding of JCT/ACE contracts and CDM 2015
* Proficiency in measurement tools/software (e.g., Bluebeam)
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
* Experience within food manufacturing/production environments
