Sales Coordinator

I'm delighted to be recruiting for my Client based in Huddersfield for a Sales Coordinator to join their amazing, dynamic Sales Team.

This role is varied and needs someone who wants to develop their skills, enjoys being part of a great team and understand the need of being adaptable and flexible to changing priorities.

Duties

· Provide quotations to Customers, following these up and converting into orders

· Record updates / information in the Sales database, enabling efficient team work and good liaison with the Business Development

· Project Manage orders from start to finish managing customers expectations and realistic production deadlines

Candidate Requirements

· Experience within a Sales Office / Technical Team

· Excellent communications to liaise with internal Teams and customers

· Ability to have confidence in presenting quotations and seeing through to the end

· Strong time management skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint

· It would be beneficial to have knowledge of CAD drawing or experience within the fabrication industry

Hours of Work

Full time - 40 hours #removed# Mon to Thursday, #removed# on Friday

Salary

The salary offered will up to £35,000 based upon experience
