We are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest. As a Learning Support Assistant, your duties will include:

• Supporting pupils across the classroom and in small groups to meet individual learning needs

• Working closely with teachers to implement tailored strategies and interventions

• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering independence among pupils

• Assisting in creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment

• Helping with record-keeping, monitoring pupil progress, and liaising with parents/carers when necessary

To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant, you will need:

• An Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

• The right to work in the UK

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable but not essential

• A passion for supporting children and helping them achieve their potential
