(Ideally, further north in Cambridge/Ipswich/Peterborough to cover North London, East Midlands, and the East Coast)

Up to £46k per annum + £3,000 Bonus + Company Car or £7980 Allowance

Are you a motivated and experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead projects in the HVAC industry?

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects from inception to completion across the UK.
Oversee the design of HVAC&R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) systems.
Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager to ensure project success.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, contractors, and clients.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure project specifications are met.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in design/project management 
Knowledge of one or more mechanical disciplines: Ventilation, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heating/plumbing.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Valid driver's license (if opting for the company car).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Benefits:

25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (with an additional day every 5 years of service, up to 5 additional days).
Company car or car allowance (£7,980 per annum, equivalent to £665.00 per month).
