Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day operations of the internal sales and purchasing team.

Manage relationships with 400 UK-based customers, ensuring excellent service.

Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to optimise sourcing strategies.

Liaise with external sales teams to ensure our competitiveness at every opportunity.

Make key commercial decisions to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Support the procurement and logistics of goods from external supply chain.

Ideal Candidate Background:

Experience in a sales or manufacturing environment.

Freight and logistics knowledge, particularly with overseas operations.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Proactive approach to market research and competitor analysis.
