We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician / Field Engineer to work across two Birmingham sites, providing hardware setup and ongoing support for laptops. This is a fully on-site role ideal for someone with strong experience in Windows installations and Active Directory.
Location: Birmingham - 2 Sites
Rate: £200 per day
Schedule: Monday to Friday, On-Site Only
Key Responsibilities:

Build, configure, and install laptops for end users
Install and configure Windows OS
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laptop-related issues
Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory
Travel between two Birmingham sites as requiredRequirements:

Proven experience with Windows installation and configuration
Strong knowledge of Active Directory
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple locations
