Coba Education partners with a wide range of excellent secondary schools in Milton Keynes, Brackley, Towcester, Buckingham, and the South Northants area, offering both short-term and long-term placements for Geography specialists.

Your Role in the Classroom

Deliver engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3-5 (depending on experience)

Create lessons that inspire curiosity about people, places, and environments

Adapt quickly to different schools and learning styles

Support progress, behaviour, and classroom engagement

Ensure continuity of learning when covering for permanent staff

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with a Geography specialism (or strong subject knowledge)

Confidence in engaging secondary students in the classroom

Two recent professional references

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Right to work in the UK

Great to Have:

At least three terms of experience teaching Geography in UK secondary schools

Knowledge of GCSE and/or A-level Geography curriculum

Driving licence and access to a car for travelling between schools
