Installations Scheduler
Location: Normanton
Salary: £12.49 - £12.75 per hour (dependent on time served)
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00am-4:00pm and 9:00am-5:00pm
Contract: Ongoing position with potential to become permanent following successful probation

About the Role:
The Best Connection is currently recruiting an Installations Scheduler on behalf of our client in Normanton. This role involves scheduling installation appointments efficiently while managing and resolving any related queries to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate installations effectively

• Address and resolve queries from customers and field teams

• Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders

• Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong administrative skills

• Good knowledge of geography and local areas

• Proven experience in planning and customer service

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
