GRN Search Group is excited to partner with a leading food manufacturing business based in Dungannon. We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Commercial Account Manager to manage and grow important client relationships.

The Role:
- Manage and nurture key customer accounts, primarily within the food manufacturing sector to build and maintain strong relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for existing customers, addressing any issues or complaints related to product delivery, quality, or order shortages
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including technical, logistics, dispatch, and new product development to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support contract negotiations and renewals in coordination with senior management
- Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility required to meet business needs
The Person:
- Experience in account management, preferably within food manufacturing or a related industry managing multiple accounts effectively
- Strong understanding of managing short shelf-life or perishable products
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A team player who values support and knowledge sharing within an experienced and established team in a fast-paced environment
