Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager

We are currently working in partnership with D&R Recruitment to recruit a Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager for a growing and highly regarded specialist mortgage brokerage based in Cardiff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, supportive team where you will gain exposure to Bridging Finance, Development Finance, Buy-to-Let, and Second Charge mortgages.
The Role
You will be supporting a team of top-performing advisors, helping manage mortgage cases from initial application through to completion. This role is ideal for someone with administration or case management experience who is looking to develop within the industry.
What's on Offer
* Salary between £25,000 - £28,000
* Monthly bonus (£250 - £500) once established
* Realistic OTE of £30,000 - £32,000
* Early finish every Friday
* Full support towards CeMAP qualification
* Clear progression into advisory roles
What We're Looking For
* Experience in mortgage administration or a similar role is desirable
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive and motivated attitude
* Desire to build a long-term career in financial services
